IT'S a FRIDAY CHALLENGE"

 

It's where on a ramdom Friday I post a quick workout

 

FREE 7 DAY WORKOUT 

CARDIO/FULLBODY

 

Day 1 - Beach Session

 

RUN OR WALK - 5 kms on any surface.

 

(You can also choose to crawl, dance, skip, leap frog or whatever gets you through 5km)

 

I ran 5 kms no stopping on soft sand & no shoes to dig toes in

 

Bonus: 

25 feet pushups

10 knee/mod tricep pushups

25 v sits

75 triple treats

150 mason twists

 

Day 2 -

IT'S FRIDAY CHALLENGE"

WEEK 1

 

HOW MANY BURPEES CAN YOU DO IN

7 MINUTES?

 

Do this today & repeat every 3 weeks (or more often if you're fair dinkum)...you'll be super surprised with your amazing improvements. 

 

"Burpees - love them or despise them. They truly work your entire body. They will tone your core, back, legs, arms & everything in between. They will also enhance your fitness beyond your imagination giving that heart muscle a working. Be your own driving force with this challenge & control the intensity. You want to burn fat, rocket launch your fitness & tone your entire body, then go HARD. Push, push, push & results will not let you down.

Beginners: aim for 60+

Intermediate: aim for 90+

Advanced: aim for 130+

Freaks: aim for 170+
