20 X PUSHUPS
(feet or modified - knees)
20 X SQUATS
20 X V SIT + 20 X CHEST PRESS
(sit weighted back w feet off the ground so body is in V position. Hold that while you do the chest press - holding weights or something heavy enough to challenge you)
20 x BURPEES
3 ROUNDS
You can time yourself or just cruise through it. This is beginner level, however if you smash it in good time it will do wonders for your strength & cardio.
